This privacy policy applies to the Current mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) for Android devices. The App is developed by Brandon Heenan (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”) as a standalone service.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Developer does not directly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).

• No Personal Data: The App does not require a user account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
• Local Storage: The App utilizes the Room persistence library to store data locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer or any third-party servers.
• Automated Information: Like most apps on the Google Play Store, the App may automatically provide the Developer with anonymized technical information via Google Play Console, such as:
  • Device model and operating system version.
  • Anonymized crash reports and Application Not Responding (ANR) data.
  • Aggregated installation and uninstallation statistics.

2. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions to function correctly:

• Notifications: Used to provide timely updates or alerts as part of the App’s core functionality. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your Android system settings.

3. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed via the Google Play Store. These third-party services may collect information used to identify you according to their own privacy policies:

Aside from standard AndroidX and Google-provided libraries, the App does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or data-tracking frameworks.

4. Data Security and Backups

Because the App does not collect personal data, the Developer does not maintain any database of your information.

• Android Backup: If you have enabled Android’s built-in backup service on your device, your local App data may be backed up to your Google account. This process is managed entirely by Google and the Developer does not have access to this data.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If it is discovered that a child has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
